The Burnout Solution Take the diagnostic

Healthcare leadership · Private 1:1 · 6 months

Handover meeting. Nobody looks up. They already know you will handle it.

You came back rested. You were empty by Wednesday.

You are tired from everything you swallowed instead of said. On the ward. At your own kitchen table.

Take the 3-minute diagnostic

3 minutes. No call. I tell you which pattern you run.

The loop

You are running a loop that pays you in praise for disappearing. 5 steps. You went through all of them this week.

  1. You are the one who holds it together

The unit, the family, the group chat. Everyone leans. You let them. You are proud of it, and the pride is the part nobody questions.

  2. You see the gap before anyone else

And you fill it. Quietly. Nobody knows what you carry, which is exactly why nobody offers to take any of it.

  3. You do not say the thing

You soften it. You swallow it. Or you just do it yourself, because it is faster. Every time.

  4. You treat the tiredness

Time off. Therapy. A course. A better calendar. You come back, and by Wednesday you are doing the exact same thing again.

  5. The loop tightens

Resentment rises. Your body starts sending the bill. The smile stays on. Nothing gets named, so nothing changes.

This is how the strongest woman in the building disappears while everyone praises her strength.

The way you do one thing is the way you do everything.

At home you ask, you correct, you redo, you take it back.

At work you delegate, you correct every step, you take it back.

Same woman. Same habit. Different room.

You did not inherit this loop. You trained it.

Every “I’ll just do it” taught them not to.

They are not lazy. They are untrained. You were faster, so they never had to learn.

Then it stopped being something you do. It became who you are.

The reliable one. The one who never drops it. The one they thank.

So putting it down feels like losing yourself. You pick it back up. Every time.

That is the loop talking. Not you.

Burnout comes from how you place yourself in every relationship.

That is trainable. It is the only thing I work on.

The loop

Move the hands.

You are the one who holds it together

The unit, the family, the group chat. Everyone leans. You let them. You are proud of it, and the pride is the part nobody questions.

Who you would be working with

Maty Mariko close to camera, half smiling, looking straight at you.

I’m Maty.

I have worked inside health systems, not next to them. I have sat in the handover meetings. I have watched a single woman absorb a whole department and get thanked for it at the end of the shift.

I do not do therapy. I am not going to hand you a rest plan you will abandon by Wednesday.

I teach you what to say. Actual sentences, for the rooms you are actually in. The ward, the review, the kitchen at 9 p.m. when nobody has moved.

Home and work run the same habit. So we work both. You do not get to be a different woman at 6 p.m.

I’m your girl, Maty. Ask me anything, I’ll tell you straight.

Is this you

Is this you?

  • Somebody calls out at 5:50 a.m. Your phone rings first. Not because you are on. Because you always answer.
  • 2 of your nurses stopped speaking last week. You noticed first. You rebuilt the assignment so they never overlap, and told nobody.
  • First Sunday off in a month. By 10 a.m. you are cleaning out a closet nobody asked you to touch. Because sitting still feels… worse.
  • You took the week in Cancun. You answered the unit group chat from the pool. You told the therapist work is fine, and you meant it.
  • The new director cuts you off in the meeting. You let it go. Then you say the whole thing perfectly, alone, in your car.
  • Your saved folder is full of posts about saying no. You have never used one. And you cannot do another 5 years like this.

If these 6 lines are only “almost true” and you are still hesitating, this is not for you yet. Come back when they stop being almost.

This is not for you if...

  • You want one session, one script, and to be back to normal by Friday.
  • You want to work on the unit and leave home out of it. It is one habit. Both rooms or neither.
  • You want somebody to take it off you. I stand next to you while you put it down.

The work

6 months, private, 1:1. Here is what actually changes.

  1. You learn what to say

One line for the nurse who never finishes what she starts. One for the doctor who talks over you. One for your own kitchen. We say them out loud until they come out calm and short.

  2. You stop training people to leave it to you

You stop rewriting the assignment at 11 p.m. You stop redoing what your team already did. They step up because the pattern changed. Not because you finally lost it.

  3. Your week actually changes

You leave when your shift ends. Your day off stays your day off. Dinner happens without you running it.

This is not a course. This is private work.

You are a leader who is out of capacity. I treat you like one.

“I have learned to take my place as a leader without feeling guilty for making decisions and not reaching a democratic consensus on them with my team.”

Eli

How it works

Structured. Selective. Nothing starts until I have seen you clearly.

  1. The 3-minute diagnostic

Free. 6 questions. It names the pattern you run and where it costs you most. Start here, always.

  2. The application

Detailed, and not a checkout. You name your role, what you are responsible for, and what you have been absorbing that nobody has counted.

  3. I read it myself

Every application, in my own time. I am looking for women who are deeply overfunctioning and done pretending. I take a small number at a time, so many applications do not get an invitation.

  4. A private 60-minute assessment

If there is a fit, I send you an invitation. Together we map the loop, the rooms it runs in, and what would have to shift in 6 months for this to be worth it.

  5. Approval and payment

$6,000 for 6 months of private work. Payment secures the place before any session begins. I confirm your start date against the capacity I actually have.

  6. 6 months of private work

Private, 1:1, and nothing you say leaves the room. You build the sentences, you use them in real rooms, you bring back what happened, and you keep going until the pattern holds without you thinking about it.

In their words

Women who stopped carrying it.

  • I had lost a lot of hope in myself, others and was completely burned out.

I knew that I was struggling but like most, I carried on. I thought someone was going to save me. But Maty was able to show me how to SAVE MYSELF, while still loving others with firm boundaries.

“Wow, Maty is the REAL DEAL! I had lost a lot of hope in myself, others and was completely burned out. I knew that I was struggling but like most, I carried on. I thought someone was going to save me. But Maty was able to show me how to SAVE MYSELF, while still loving others with firm boundaries. And I’m forever grateful. Maty helped me identify not only the source but also the solution to the challenges in my life. She was more than supportive she held me accountable, provided consistent contact and SUPERIOR COACHING. I’m better, stronger and more focused because of the 2.0 program! I highly recommend the program if you REALLY want your life to change for the better. Thanks Maty!”

  • I was too embarrassed to tell them that in addition to being the sole income for our household, I ended up carrying most of the load at home as well.

My friends would all tell me how lucky I was to have a husband who was a stay at home dad and who “supported” my career.

I was too embarrassed to tell them that in addition to being the sole income for our household, I ended up carrying most of the load at home as well. At work, I work shorter hours, stress less and have gotten steadily better ratings because my performance on my core deliverables is so much better. Maty doesn’t take it easy on you or let you wallow in your emotions, she pushes you to take responsibility for your role in the dynamic and then take action.”

  • I was a mess for a very long time.

Stressed, burnout, sad then depressed. I waited to be at my lowest before contacting Maty. This experience changed everything: my beliefs, my approach to certain situations, confidence, relationships and even my intimacy.

  • If you had not done this, where would you be now?

    On medication, burnout, unhappy, hopeless.

Expectations, constant questioning of myself and my abilities, fear. The way I viewed myself changed, I began seeing myself as someone who can and will take up space, advocate for themselves. The way people showed up for me also changed, they were able to receive clear feedback from me and provide me with the support I need.

I had been in and out of burnout for years. This is such an unconventional approach to burnout that it helped me question what was holding me back.

I bought this training with barely any hope of getting results, but I did it anyway. This is such an unconventional approach to burnout that it helped me question what was holding me back. A few days later, I was joining Maty’s program. To keep this short: don’t overthink it, just do it. Maty, thank you so much for helping me meet the real me.”

  • I bought the course on a Sunday, feeling highly depressed about going back to work, and by Friday I booked a meeting with Maty.

“It’s simple. I bought the course on a Sunday, feeling highly depressed about going back to work, and by Friday I booked a meeting with Maty. This is how impressed I was with this course. The change, the impact, were instant, so I decided to join her one-on-one program.

I know I’m not supposed to mention it here, but let me tell you, this is what transformational coaching feels like. Maty goes way beyond the self-care BS. Start here with this course you’ll see, you’ll get it.

Maty, the world needs more coaches like you. I had no idea how much I needed you in my life. Thank you so much for everything you’ve brought me and for helping me find myself again. I recommend you work with Maty 100%. It’s an investment in yourself that pays off in every way.”

  • I think I would still be stuck in my professional situation, and still a “prisoner” of my anxiety and my impulsiveness.

I was very anxious and I felt like I was carrying an enormous amount of responsibility on my shoulders. I had maybe understood some things intellectually, but I had not integrated them enough into the way I am and the way I function day to day.

  • I never had problems doing things for others but if I had to do things for myself I kept putting it off and could not find motivation sometimes even for the simplest task.

She helped me find the reason why I believed it was not worth putting in effort for myself and really helped me to reframe this deep rooted belief.

“I found to Maty when I was looking for help with my procrastination problem. I never had problems doing things for others but if I had to do things for myself I kept putting it off and could not find motivation sometimes even for the simplest task. The reason I was looking for help was because I wanted to quit 9-5 and start my own business, but got overwhelmed by everything this involves. I am so happy I found Maty, she has changed my life. She helped me find the reason why I believed it was not worth putting in effort for myself and really helped me to reframe this deep rooted belief. She also cheered me on and really made me believe that I can do it! She is very friendly, profesional, intuative and knowledgable.

I would highly recommend to anyone. My life has completely changed since! In only a few short months I have started my business and stepped out of every comfort zone. It started with me cleaning my flat straight after the session and accomplishing a lot of things in only a few months that I never thought possible. Maty still checks on me and gives me support which shows that she trully cares. I am forever grateful!”

  • I had done other therapies that helped me know and understand myself better, but it never got past self-knowledge.

$6,000 is a lot of money.

Another year of this costs more.

Every year you delay, the loop tightens.

Your body absorbs more.

Your relationships organize around your silence.

You are not choosing between $6,000 and comfort. You are choosing between another year of it and the end of it.
